Financial & Data Analysis
The foundation of a successful analytics strategy comes with a deep understanding of the business, clearly defining how success should be measured, and closely monitoring results vs. expectations. By closely monitoring how business decisions impact financial results, I instruct the executive team members on which KPIs they should focus on in order to most effectively measure success. Coordinate quarterly webinars with the franchise network for purposes of information-sharing to ensure the highest profitability possible. Prepare cost-benefit analysis on the key initiatives every year for the Executive Team.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Term Planning
I lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts for the entire organization and I work directly with the CFO/VP of Finance to curate a plan to drive financial success each year. I partner with each department head and their key team members to curate a plan that ensures they not only meet, but exceed their individual goals, and are clear on the role they play in the overall success of the organization.

Being an effective project manager boils down to these traits: 1) Understanding what it means to be a strong, yet empathetic leader 2) Identifying priority items and focusing on those first 3) Setting ambitious, yet realistic expectations 4) Over-communicating with all team members involved in the project (bust silos at every turn) 5) Managing expectations from top to bottom 6) Utilizing business intelligence systems for organization

Business Intelligence Systems have transformed the way we work and are constantly evolving. One of my major focuses in my role is to ensure that all employees are using these systems to the peak of their potential. I have always been at the forefront of innovation to create systems and procedures to identify and eliminate redundancies in the workflow of all departments.
Finance, Excel & BI Tool Guru
Each month I lead a think tank that addresses the biggest challenges the company faces and work together with the best problem-solvers to come up with solutions for each of them. Once a problem is soled, it is communicated to the Executive Leadership Team for review and then communicated to the entire company each month via the All Company Meeting.
